WebPernicious Anemia w/ Normal B12 Levels. I’ve been supplementing with b12 sublingually for over a year. I recently started getting dizzy spells and was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia. However, I went in to see my doc and she doesn’t think the dizziness is related to my B12 levels as my level is currently at 1024 before starting injections.
